Private Charters
Climb aboard one of our elegantly appointed vessels for a tour of the beautiful Boothbay Harbor Region. We have two boats: a 30-foot lobster yacht built right here on Southport that accommodates 6 guests, and a 22-foot historic sailboat built in 1898 that accommodates 4 guests.
Our captain is licensed by the US Coast Guard for carrying passengers.

Bring a picnic and eat aboard or bring it to an island! See the entire Boothbay Region from the sea! Travel to Damariscotta or Wiscasset by boat to have lunch or dinner or go shopping (seeing the sights along the way)! Dinner in South Bristol – no problem! So many great excursions to share with your family or your guests! During your charter we provide soft drinks and some snacks at no additional charge. We cannot serve alcoholic drinks, but you are welcome to bring your own: we have cups and ice!! The typical charter is 2 hours, which is the minimum. However, it is not uncommon to stay out longer!
Grayling

The Grayling is a historic vessel. It is the oldest small boat in Boothbay Harbor!! It is a 22 feet long “Catboat”. She was built in 1898 in Osterville Mass by Wilton Crosby one of several Crosby Catboat builders. Catboats were developed in the late 1800s as fishing boats around Cape Cod and Buzzards Bay. The Grayling was built as a yacht and is the sole surviving member of a once-popular fleet of similar boats: the D Class Catboats. We have owned Grayling for 40 years and take meticulous care of her. She can accommodate 4 passengers for a day sail – be ready to help with the sails!!
Avelinda

Avelinda is a great Southport 30 powerboat built right here in the Boothbay Harbor Region in 1996.
The boat is seaworthy in any weather and fast. She is well-appointed with comfortable seating for 6 guests. There is a toilet (head) on board!
